This is on my M4 with Kodacolor Gold 200. Aperture probably around 4 (It was too bright that day to get anything more wide open). Still very visible light fall-off (forget the lower corner - that is the shadow of an umbrella or so). I think I did use a Chinese copy 12504 hood.

Nice image. I’m pretty sure the strong vignetting is caused by the hood. Had that with similar third-party hoods and it looked exactly like your corners.

On film, vignetting, corner smearing, and curvature tend to be less visible.

Your images are too small. Recommended size for the forum is around 2000 pixels on the longer side. Yours are 800 pixels, which is not enough, not even for social media.
And comparisons only works if the subject/motive is the same on both images.

Yes, but then you are here, with me, not with the right person! I'm sorry, but I am a film photographer and I make silver gelatin prints. I scan the prints. I see them quite well on Flickr, the Rangefinderforum and here. What is the problem?

I don't like to see the images larger on a computer screen, because then you do not have a good view on the composition. The composition of the picture is more important than the pixels in my opinion.

* Interesting history. According to the Wiki entry;

"The play began life as a short radio play written by Agatha Christie as a birthday present for Queen Mary, the consort of King George V. It was broadcast on 30 May 1947 under the name Three Blind Mice..."

As a play it had its premiere in the Theatre Royal, Nottingham, in October 1952 and has been running continuously in London since November that same year hence the 'Celebrating 70 years" proclamation; the last 50 of which have seen performances staged on a daily / nightly basis at this very theatre. As such it has, by far, the longest continuous 'run' of any play in the world.

We went to see it several years ago. Good Fun!

I have the bare brass version coming with the matching hood and filter, I don’t see vignetting at all even wide open at f2

This was posted elsewhere but I don't believe there to be much crossover from those members who saw it a few weeks ago with users of the LLL 8 Element so here it is again...but please do accept my apologies if you have already seen it!

So glad to see this forum. Love the lens. I take these while walking the dog in the morning. Taken on an M10-R. The first guy is all dressed up and not going anywhere.

And one more. The distant star of the show is the sacred Balinese mountain / volcano, Mt. Agung. Handheld on the M10-R. I should go out with the tripod and not the dog.
