DNG only. The main reason to use JPEG in the S for me was only if I wanted to shoot in black and white, and switching to B&W jpeg would make the previews B&W (at least I believe it did...it was not something I did much).

Personally I do not see much reason to shoot jpeg. Jpegs can easily be produced as required from Lightroom in batch or one by one. I do shoot DNG plus jpeg in the Ricoh GR as it is a pocket camera and has some interesting B&W modes (hard bw), but for anything serious I would go back to the DNG and process it.
