Ferrari racing cars are usually painted in traditional Italian red, something that goes back to the days when European countries, where organized motorsports originated, presented their Grand Prix cars in the respective country's colors, red for Italy, blue for France, Sliver for Germany......etc., etc.

As a lighthearted experiment allow me to post a variety of the reddest Ferraris I've ever seen & captured with digital cameras in black & white only, converted in Classic Lightroom, to show these rare exotic, highly desirable and very elusive cars, but this time without the distraction of the dazzling effect of their fabled red paint, which, incidentally, in my experience is a color the sensors of all digital cameras I have ever owned & used seem to have some degree of difficulty in accurately capturing and reproducing.

Comments and feedback welcome.
