Hello, hopefully someone can help.

I've had the Leica Ultravid 10x42 binoculars for about 7 years and they are by far my favorite go to pair of binoculars.

However, recently something happened and the focus of both eyes does not align anymore. The left eye is now adjusted to focus on things about 30 feet away, and cannot bring further away objects into focus. The right eye works the same as always.

They have not been damaged, possibly jostled around during travel, but no cracks, breaks, dents, or any damage to exterior other than some scrapes. The lenses are fine, not scratched or cracked or otherwise damaged.

Is there an adjustment I can do? Do I bring them to the store I bought them from? Send them in to Leica?

I miss them already and my backups are just not as good! 😥

Do you know that the left and right can be adjusted separately?  Maybe you loosened the adjustment lock accidentally. I don’t know this type, but on my older ones you pull the central adjustment wheel, adjust each eye separately and push to lock.

Oh my gosh, you are awesome! Thank you, I never realized this was possible, I guess I never needed it, but it completely fixed them and the focus on both eyes align perfectly now! Thank you!!
