The ones I like and used often and cheap.

1: Fujifilm GX680: 120/6x8 system canera. Don't remember how much I paid, but I think yiu can get pretty good system for lessn than $1000.

    2; Fujifilm GW690 & GSW690: 120/6x9 point and shoot.I got mine for $250.

3: Kodak Retina IIIC: 135 format. through it has interchangeable lens, I ue it with only 50mm/f2. ( got mine for $79.

The ones I like but don't used often (not cheap in my standard).

4: Rollei 35S: It's cute, but no range finder, limit to zone focusing. OK for landscape (only).

The ones I like and used often, not cheap in my standard:

    5: Hasselblad SWC: 120/6x6, fix 38mm lens.

    6: Contax 645: 120/645,

Good list! I was considering those Fuji models, but eventually splurged and got a Fujifilm GF670 (though not cheap, much newer and flexible for 6x6 and 6x7, 120 & 220, good VF/RF.

When I got my Hasselblad 500C/M they were pretty cheap, but that's no longer true. I also have Pentax 6x7 as part of my physical fitness program, and prefer it to the Hasselblad.

I'd also add TLR models to the list. The early 50s Rolleiflex Automat can be found reasonably, and the Japanese clones are pretty good as well.

On 35mm I'd add the Pentax S (or H) models as the H1a was my first 35 with interchangeable lenses. I picked one up again a few years ago for under $50 with lens, and it still feels great and works well.

I didn't add canon Ql17. This is actually a very good camera for IQ, but the camera itself lacks of the glory (in my view).

I also skipped non-roll film cameras, but that could be a new big interesting topic.

I didn't include any Leica film camera. Because they are obvious in the king's family. R4, for example, costs my $75. The lens are not cheap.
