jaapv Posted May 25, 2024 Share #4  Posted May 25, 2024 Ah - wildlife. AFC, Field, high shutterspeed. If the AF cannot keep up switch to AFs and shoot more deliberately.
Janos Grapow Posted May 26, 2024 Author Share #5 Â Posted May 26, 2024 Thanks! Would you also use S drive mode? Â
jaapv Posted May 26, 2024 Share #6  Posted May 26, 2024 You can shoot bursts if you like. It is a way of getting a decent image during action. I don’t use it. I like to hit the exact moment.
Bikie John Posted May 26, 2024 Share #7 Â Posted May 26, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) Some sports shooters absolutely swear by shooting in burst mode. I have tried it for rugby and it didn't make any difference for most things (place kicks at goal being the only exception I can think of) except to give me more data and work. None of us is wrong - try it both ways and see what suits you best. Good luck! John
