This is the Op/Tech USA D-SLR model (dimensions 15.2cm width * 11.4cm high * 15.2cm deep). I bought this one online at Amazon. I have the 50mm Summicron-SL ASPH on it in the image below. It also stretches enough for the APO 50. I've had one of these for the Leica Q and now Q2 for several years that I bought pretty cheaply at B&H Photo in NYC, but I cannot remember what model it is, possibly the D-Offset.
