spydrxx Posted May 3, 2024 Share #5 Posted May 3, 2024 It splits the film/sensor into two 1/2 frame images spaced approximately the same distance apart as your eyeball pupils to produce stereoscopic photographs. Beyond 3 meters, the large black prism is attached which widens the interaxial spacing to 72mm, framing is consistant over both distances.
