Finger Loop attachment

I don't know where else to post this question, so here goes.  Sometime last year or so, there was a post concerning the Leica finger loop, and attaching it to a non Leica grip.  The poster attached a picture of some type of anchor that he installed into a grip, via a hole drilled into it.  I am trying to identify that anchor, so I can add the loop to a grip that isn't the Leica battery grip.  

Any help would be appreciated.
