Filter button inactive in D Lux

Hi,

The "F" (filter) button (#3 p.16 of manual) is inactive on my D-Lux (since it came back from repair by Leica store).

I have tried all modes, scanned all Menu but never found any [Filter Settings] option available (manual page 122/294) either.

This topic has been mentioned already here in 2021

 but no solution has been given ...

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well, firstly shoot JPG.
I assume that it is still under guarantee with Leica because of the repair   Consult Customer Service.

I think the F button is  the Function button and it is your choice which specific function you prefer to access directly and thereby set.

Thanks. Of course I can just do that, but first I would like to be sure that it is no me who missed something ...

The F button is the FILTER button (button #3 p.16 of D-Lux manual) ; when working, it proposes a variety of filters to choose from. But now ... nothing happens at all. I have tried with all function types that I know, it is still inactive ...
