Shawn30 Posted April 1, 2024 Share #1 Posted April 1, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) During my very brief time with the SL3 I’ve noticed a couple things others might find useful. 1. The SL3 modifies its menu selections based on the lens switch settings. I was on a tripod with the 150-600 and wanted to shut off IS but the option was grayed out in camera. I had to turn off the lens OIS. After shutting off the switch on the Sigma, I had access to shut off the IBIS. The lens manual focus switch also affects menu choices in the SL3. 2. Quick observation, the SL3 in auto ISO is consistently choosing lower ISO than the SL2 with the same settings, lens and lighting.
