UK - Register serial number of stolen Leica anywhere?

Hiya,

Is there anywhere that I can register the serial of a stolen Q2 in the uk? On the Leica website where I have registered the camera there is an option to make it as lost but I'm not sure what that does.

I was told it goes into a Leica registry in case it shows up for a repair/service or they get an inquiry.

You could follow up with an email to info@leica-camera.com telling them explicitly that it has been stolen.
