graeme_clarke Posted November 30, 2007 Share #1 Â Posted November 30, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Last night I got home to find the M8 I ordered had arrived - now the battery is charged and everything seems to work. Â This morning I'm woken by the courier with my DMR now back from its holiday in Solms. Leica have replaced/repaired the electronics, replaced the control button (although it seemed OK when I sent it), checked everything and say it now conforms to manufacturer's specifications. I'm absolutely delighted with the service its been 4 weeks via Leica UK to Germany and back. Â Now, here's the problem - its a dull day here today. I've got a report to write this morning. Its just like Christmas - which toy to play with first this afternoon? What's your advice? Â Graeme
Advertisement Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Hi graeme_clarke, Take a look here Christmas comes all at once!. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Shootist Posted November 30, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted November 30, 2007 Well you might as well use the DMR becasue once you pick up the M8 the DMR will probably be in the closet for some time.
farnz Posted November 30, 2007 Share #3 Â Posted November 30, 2007 Simple, Graham, use the DMR to take pictures of the M8 then use the M8 to take pictures of the DMR then use the DMR to take pictures of the M8 then use the M8 to take pictures of the DMR ... etc. That's the only way they won't get jealous of each other and feign sickness or injury. Â Happy Christmas btw! Â Pete.
