84bravo Posted March 27, 2024 Share #1 Posted March 27, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) The latest version of the Leica FOTOS app does not have support for the M240. I recall there used to be an iPhone app that worked with the M240. Is there a way to make it work today?
Advertisement Posted March 27, 2024 Posted March 27, 2024 Hi 84bravo, Take a look here Leica FOTOS with 240?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Borna Posted March 27, 2024 Share #2 Posted March 27, 2024 Was there an option for the FOTOS app? I did not recall this when I had my MP 240. What could I do in the FOTOS with the 240?
PhoToad Posted March 27, 2024 Share #3 Posted March 27, 2024 With the M-240, the "Leica Image Shuttle" software (not sure whether it is still available) offers the option of controlling the camera remotely from a PC including tethered shooting but you would need the multifunction M hand grip, which I don't own for my M-240P. Therefore, I never used that option. I am not aware of any other app that could be paired with the camera.

I thought for sure that I had used some sort of app to control the camera and save photos with the M240 in the past. I'm using M10 and M11 now and I recently re-purchased a used M240. I never used the M handgrip.
dugby Posted April 2, 2024 Share #5 Posted April 2, 2024 On my M240 I use the Toshiba Flashair W-04 SD card (64GB) which includes WiFi that allows photos to download to my iPhone.
