JonathanJ Posted March 25, 2024 Share #1 Posted March 25, 2024 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) I am new to Leica—just got a Q2 a few months ago, and I am absolutely loving it. And, truthfully, I am fairly new to digital, although I have been shooting 35mm film for a long time (35 years). So, this may be a basic question, but I hope somebody can help. I am not really planning on using the Q2 for video, but, when I shoot a test video, I can’t seem to download it onto the Leica Fotos app. I just get a message stating “Can’t download. Unsupported Video Settings.” I have to remove the SD card, and directly import it onto my computer or iPad. Is this just how it is? I have tried a couple of different SD cards, and it is the same. Thanks! Edited March 25, 2024 by JonathanJ Forgot to say thanks!
Advertisement Posted March 25, 2024 Posted March 25, 2024 Hi JonathanJ, Take a look here Unsupported video settings on Q2. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jaapv Posted March 25, 2024 Share #2 Posted March 25, 2024 Downloading a video file to the app will take an age and a day anyway.
