jjesp Posted March 19, 2024 Share #1  Posted March 19, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) Is there a way to get a frameline in the SL3 viewfinder in photo mode? I loved that on my Fuji x100v, and miss this on my SL2-S. So much easier to compose an image in a dark setting when you actually can see your framing more exact. On the SL2-s you have it video mode. And also in photo mode if you turn on perspective control. But not a static frameline.
Advertisement Posted March 19, 2024 Posted March 19, 2024 Hi jjesp, Take a look here Frameline in the SL3 viewfinder. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Dr. G Posted March 19, 2024 Share #2  Posted March 19, 2024 Isn't enhanced live view there to lighten images in the viewfinder to make composition easier in dark scenes? You could also use one of the profiles toggled by the FN button and turn all the overlays off.

Could try that. But just find a frame very useful to see the edge of the frame.
