Photoworks Posted August 11, 2024 Share #23 Posted August 11, 2024 I use the X3o, for Panasonic, isIt works, but the look it not holding. But there is some benefit on not using the Leica version. Not having the TTL connection to the camera, there is no delay of the TTL preflash. it is much quicker shooting.
hlansing Posted August 13, 2024 Share #24 Posted August 13, 2024 The x3-l is available for preorder at B&H, for those who are interested.
fngl51 Posted August 21, 2024 Share #25 Posted August 21, 2024 (edited) I use the Godox XPro II trigger with multiple AD200Pro strobes on my SL2 pretty much every day. It works as well as the Leica SF C1 trigger paired with SF 60 flashes, but provides access to a much wider range of strobes and greater functionality. It's too bad that Leica and Godox have not developed a stronger business relationship, but that might also have to do with the number of Leica owners that use flash, either as professionals or amateurs. I use the Panasonic version on my SL3, in manual only, and the locking pin is not working.

Ning Ning Posted October 17, 2024 Share #30 Posted October 17, 2024 Let me ask you a question: What are the arguments against the Godox XProII L? Apart from the size, of course.
Dr. G Posted October 17, 2024 Share #31 Posted October 17, 2024 (edited) I've had it on order for a few weeks and it looks like B&H charged my card yesterday. Looking forward to trying it with the Lux Master/small softbox off camera with the SL3 and Q3 43. Edited October 17, 2024 by Dr. G

Photoworks Posted October 18, 2024 Share #33 Posted October 18, 2024 i like the X3 interface, it is much quicker to set multiple lights. I have been using it for a month the battery drains much quicker.
Dr. G Posted October 31, 2024 Share #34 Posted October 31, 2024 (edited) I received my X3 transmitter. This is a nice little unit. I haven't tried it on the SL3 yet, but on the Q3 43 it is much more reliable with "Legacy Hotshoe" in the x3 menu set to "on." Without it on there were times that the shutter wouldn't release. This was with the Q3 43 in TTL mode and using the Lux Master. Edited October 31, 2024 by Dr. G
thatkatmat Posted November 1, 2024 Share #35 Posted November 1, 2024 (edited) I just received the Godox X3 (L) for my SL2...I have a bunch of Godox (S) flashguns, TT685's and TT350's... WOW!!, it works, the Leica X3 Trigger pops the (for Sony) Godox lights. Interestingly, If I set it in Legacy Hot-shoe (in the trigger) it got a little wonky and was over exposing. But keeping that set to off I can shoot TTL and it exposes perfectly every time...This is GREAT!! Nice and easy to adjust exposer on separate channels right on the transmitter, clear and concise. I'll try it on my Q3 next, dealing with trick or treaters currently I can finally sell my Sony setup, camera and lenses and buy another APO for portraits. glengrant Posted November 3, 2024 Share #36 Posted November 3, 2024 Hello, can you please confirm that the X3 is working in TTL with Q3? Just to be sure before I order one. I read it’s not working with M11. Thanks! Peter

Filip Baraka Posted November 5, 2024 Share #39 Posted November 5, 2024 Is there a good EU shop where they have this trigger in stock? Godox.eu does not plan to import it for some reason…
JohnathanLovm Posted November 22, 2024 Share #40 Posted November 22, 2024 Today I finally received the Godox X3 for Leica. On my Leica SL Typ 601, the TTL seem work more accurate and consistent than X-Pro II for Leica. The touchscreen is around Apple Watch Ultra size and quite easy and faster to navigate multiple flash setting. Quick test on focus stacking the TTL and HSS is more consistent with 3 flashes.
