Leica Minilux - battery voltage

Hi all,

i got rechargeable CR123A batteries and it's marked 3.7V on the battery. i know the normal voltage is 3V for the CR123/A batteries. 

will it be dangerous to use it on the camera? will the 0.7V make a diffrence?

I would not use them. Not only is the robustness of the electronics unknown, rechargeable batteries have a different internal resistance as well.
