The Leica M10 'Edition Zagato'.

It was crafted in 2018 as a limited-edition model (250 examples worldwide) and sold out almost immediately. FWIW the asking price was $21,600.

Philip.

EDIT Pt. 1 : In case you fancy trying to find one for sale on the second-hand market here are the specs;

EDIT Pt. 2 : Having just had a look at the 'Collectiblend' price guide the last (only?) one they have listed as being sold was in 2021. The selling price was $44,280...

Thanks pippy! Well spotted. Took me some googling without identifying it.  Beautiful piece!

I recalled having seen it when it was released. Quite easy to remember, in fact, as it's rather different from the usual M10 fare. I noticed that it was above my pay-grade when new but it's way above my pay-grade nowadays!...

Good memory! It was quite particular given the lack of hotshoe (which I never use).
The m60 edition is more to my taste given it’s somewhat more subdued look.
happy holidays!

The Leica M 'Edition 60' was, indisputably, an absolute masterpice of design but for one failing (IMO) and that was the lack of strap-lugs; not an error repeated by Zagato.

Thanks for the good wishes and a Very Merry Festive Season to you and yours!

There are several prototypes of this in the Leica Archive in Wetzlar, which I have seen on a number of occasions. While being an admirer of Zagato's automotive designs, this camera did not interest me very much when I saw the prototypes. When I am in the Archive, I am usually looking to see much older Leicas.

To show no hard feelings against Zagato, here is what I consider to be a masterpiece, A Lancia Flaminia Sport Zagato.
