Milan_S Posted December 6, 2023 Share #1 Posted December 6, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) What is your preferred setup with the S system for low light photography? I think the S3 and the 70mm f2.5 is my preferred to capture low light shoot but maybe you tell me what is your preferred combo?

djmay Posted December 6, 2023 Share #3 Posted December 6, 2023 Maybe I misunderstand your context; I have 5 lenses from 24 to 180 and I use all of them for low light.
Milan_S Posted December 6, 2023 Author Share #4 Posted December 6, 2023 I mean handhold in low light conditions without a tripod.

It was never for me...I would assume that most S photographers have other cameras as well, most of which will do low light handheld better...either because of stabilization, or just faster lenses and easier handholding (Leica M, for example). But I used the S all the time for low light...my first book was mostly S photos at night, but they were all on the tripod.
