Temporary image freeze before switching to review mode

My first full day with a Q3 - owner of 5 other Leicas, mostly Ms, latest M10R. After I take a photo if I press PLAY I get a temporary frozen image on the LCD showing what the camera was pointed at when I hit the button. It stays for a moment or two and then carries on to the review. It is not storing this image - it is just a pause then it goes to review. I can't believe this is intended. I have never seen this on a camera before and I assume I have a setting wrong that I need to change. Any advice / suggestions appreciated.

I am reading the various posts on Lightroom Classic and the Q3. I assume that there is no Q3 profile as such and I use Adobe Standard. I shot some DNG + HC B&W images this morning. I don't feel LRC is rendering the jpegs particularly well. They still look a bit subdued and again I don't see anything that in Profiles that allows me to select a Leica profile.
