Denny was indeed the owner when I worked there. His brother had emigrated although I remember one visit. The staff liked him immensely and from what I was told he had done well for himself in Australia (or somewhere out there).

Was that also not the location of Charles Frank? I remember seeing several Compur Leica cameras displayed in the shop window each priced at £15.
