cesc Posted October 20, 2023 Share #1 Â Posted October 20, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi all! I am looking for an M6 and I found an M6 in excellent condition. There are no dings or scratches, the mechanics feel smooth, the curtains are clean, and the viewfinder is clear. The only thing that piques my curiosity is the viewfinder's lower 'light grey' band, which appears to be in a brownish color. Do you know if this is indicative of a problem with the glass or just a cosmetic issue? Â Thanks for your help!

a.noctilux Posted October 20, 2023 Share #3 Â Posted October 20, 2023 I've never seen this. This part was added to enhance the visibility of red LED in bright light. Normal "color" of this band is bright reflection. Â Try to use in bright light and if you see clearly the red LED opposite "arrows". In 90% of time, IMHO this will not affect using the M6. madNbad Posted October 20, 2023 Share #4 Â Posted October 20, 2023 It should be silver. It's there so you can see the LED arrows.
