Joel's last day at Not Another Salon

Joel, the character with the platform shoes is the wearer of the best face makeup that I have ever seen and I tried to photograph him unsuccessfully on many occasions.  Receptionist at the whacky 'Not Another Salon', he was always too busy making appointments and coffee for customers.  This is the only occasion that I caught him outside the salon, it was his last day before moving on, to I think somewhere in Carnaby Street in the West End.  As photos go, it doesn't do him justice but I like the expression on the face of the guy easing his way past as if avoiding some kind of contagion.  The fellow behind mooching along with his hands in his pockets I think adds another dimension.

Yes, a terrific moment.  The guy on the right just might not be the most open-minded gent in London.  Perhaps you should haunt Carnaby Street in hope pf a sighting.
