Advertisement Posted October 10, 2023 Posted October 10, 2023 Hi yangfang, Take a look here Always “no card” & no menu, a video attached.. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Pieter12 Posted October 10, 2023 Share #2 Posted October 10, 2023 What card(s) are you using? Have you tried different ones? I find some older cameras will not work with some of the newer, high capacity cards.
davidmknoble Posted October 13, 2023 Share #3 Posted October 13, 2023 Defiantly try both SD and CF cards. I use Sandisk for both - 32 and 64mb CF cards, and 64mb SD cards. Format them in your computer first, to also rule out bad sectors / formatting from the factory ( I use SDFormatter and have for years). https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/ If only one card reads, or no card reads, try blowing out the compartment with a lens blower (unlikely it will help). Look at the CF card pins with a flashlight to see if any are broken off or bent severely. You said no menu, (sorry didn’t watch video) - does the LCD on the back work at all? If not, probably a CLA needed to fix board???
