They exist, but I'm wondering if they're recommended. I can't think of any harm to the sensor; I wouldn't be touching it.  Does anyone use this method?

in @TheGodParticle/Hari's original video of a Leica technician cleaning the sensor, the guy uses a vacuum to clean the inside but around the sensor

I have used and still sometimes use the Green Clean vacuum system as a replacement for a blower bulb.

Advantages.

1. Quite effective for loose dust
2. You can see what you are doing - no turning the camera upside down
3. No dust spreading
4. Completely safe

Disadvantage:

1. Too bulky to carry on the road.
