How to sync C1 trigger and SF40 flash

Hello all,

I wonder if anyone can shed some light on how to pair the C1 on-camera trigger with the SF40 flash, which I wish to use off-camera. I can find information online about connecting the trigger with the SF60 but there seems to be a lack of information on the same for the SF40.

To my knowledge SF40 does not work with Leica's on camera trigger

I have the same problem here. Someone on this forum told me that they works seamlessly and I bought the SF C1 and SF 40. I am stuck, I could not find any info for this.

The SF c1 also can trigger the Nissin MG10.

Correct, Nissin MG10 can be triggered by SF-C1 (works if one download software on Nissin's home page).

Thanks for posting this Pete - I'm glad I saw this as I almost went for the SF40 but know that at some point I will want to use the flash off camera with a trigger - SF60 it is!!
