Ultrawide for SL2-S - Voigtlander or Laowa?

I'm thinking about a 9-10mm lens for my SL2-S.  Voigtlander has the 10mm 5.6 in M Mount, Laowa has the 9mm 5.6 in M Mount and the 9mm 2.8 in L mount.  Has anyone used these lenses and which would you recommend?

UWA M mount lenses on SL bodies generally don't do well outside the central area. The 9mm Laowa is I believe an APS-C lens, not full frame. Maybe think about these two options:
