Leica Q3 won't connect to iOS fotos app

Hey I'm trying to connect my q3 to the Leica fotos app. I had it connected before with no issue. But for the past few days I have been trying to connect it and I always get the same issues. I get an error message saying "Unable to join network Leica Q3- XXXX". I have tried using the wireless and wired connection with no luck. I don't know what to do. Anyone experiencing this issue? Any advice would be appreciated.

Try to delete the app and re-install it. Your case is not the usual. The new implementation is actually excellent and fast.

I had the same since I did the update. Unpair the camera on the app and then pair it again, should work fine afterwards.

Tried deleting the app etc but nothing worked. 
Went into the camera and changed WiFi from 5ghz to 2.4 ghz and it worked. 
This is due to the new app update. 
Not sure how it will affect performance.
