I don't know the best, the new Sigma 14mm f1.4 is designed for astrophotography...only available in Sony E and Leica L mount presently.  The 50/1.4 Asph does well, the 21/1.4 has significant coma.

Do you want broad sky, wide angle shots, or to capture the moon craters and planets? Obviously there is more than one best. The 400/6.8 Telyt is no slouch. I did sell mine though after modifying an old Spiratone 400/6.3, which was lighter, easier to focus, and had a little better contrast. For broad sky I've used both Leica 35 and 24 models. I found broad sky shots either pedantic or pretty boring though. Good luck with your choice/s.
