Advertisement Posted July 16, 2023 Posted July 16, 2023 Hi Shane Oneill, Take a look here how you protect an image on sd card on leica Q2/3?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
LocalHero1953 Posted July 16, 2023 Share #2 Posted July 16, 2023 I don't think there is an option. The best solution I have found is never delete in camera and download as soon as I get home - at the end of the day at least.

Chris Macke Posted December 27, 2024 Share #4 Posted December 27, 2024 If the goal is to use the camera to delete all images on a card except for a select few, the closest workaround would be rate the images you wish to keep, then use the Delete Unrated option. Memory cards are so inexpensive that even if I fill one, I put in a new one and then download at the end of the day.

Only format the card after downloading and backing up. That is the best policy. Or just keep the card as a supplementary backup and use a new one.
