Kalahari leather cases, the best and decent value. This is one of their smallest and fits the Q2 with the Leica protector perfectly. It also doesn’t look like a camera case.

Also what I look for in a case is zip protection, so there is no way the camera can scrap a zip on the way in.

Been looking for a camera bag that would hold the Q3 and a couple accessories and did not look like one of my GF's many handbags...Just ordered a Billingham Hadly Small Pro in black, fits the bill nicely and has not been made in China. I have a much larger Billingham for my SL2 system, also in black so this matches-GF says that is a good thing...🤣

PS: Moderators, there are so many threads about bags it might be worth consolidating them all into one section..If there is one already, it didn't show up when I searched.

great to hear

You might want to look at the Billingham Airline Stowaway or Compact Stowaway, both capable of comfortable holding a Q/2/3 with space for batteries, passports cleaning cloths etc., and they come in an assortment of colors.

Worth a look on line at least, if you're not close to a dealer.

I thought the Billingham 72 was THE BAG to get for a Q. I'm using the Hadley Small for almost 10 years now, mostly for my Fujifilm cameras, but I think it is way too big for just a Q3 and a spare battery... Anybody here has experience with the 72?

Absolutely ideal: I used it for both my Q and, later, my Q2. The only reason I've changed for the Q3 is that I prefer to carry the camera in a pouch in my rucksack when not using the camera…and round my neck when I am using the camera.

Can it hold the Q3 with a spare battery?

I use the 72 - a good fit for my Q2, but I must admit that the very thick padding does make it rather bulky for such a small camera…

Domke FX5B for probably 20 years now.  It's the only bag I actually carry when out shooting.   I sometimes carry more gear while traveling using my LowePro Mini Trekker that I purchased in the early '90s.  But when I step out to actually take photos using my digital or film Ms, my Q2, or med format (Bronica SQAi/Hassleblad 501CM) I use the Domke.    FWIW, I almost never use the Hassleblad, I prefer the Bronica for actually taking pics though the H is a bit more svelte.

Bags are such a personal preference thing. For some people a Toyota Highlander is the best car and for others nothing less than a Bugatti will do it. They all get us from point A to point B. In my studio I have a whole closet full of bags, backpacks, roller bag, sling packs, etc. Only a few don't get used. If anyone cares (big IF 🤣) my everyday Q3 bag is a Think Tank Retrospective 5 v2. Nice small shoulder bag with enough room for the camera, small power bank, spare battery, lens pen, rocket blower, and a collapsible side pocket for water bottle or sunglass case. Can also stuff a light jacket and energy bars when needed. It's essentially my Q3 man-purse. YMMV.
