WRB Posted July 6, 2023 Share #1 Posted July 6, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) To try and resolve this I switched off the camera, removed the battery and reinserted it and switched on. The problem still persists. Has any one else experienced this and how was the problem resolved? Thanks William

charlesphoto99 Posted July 6, 2023 Share #3 Posted July 6, 2023 (edited) This has been happening to my M10-R when it gets above a certain temp (say around 75 degrees f). Even if i step into the shade for a short bit function comes back. Nothing to do with the battery. I need to send it back to the mothership - just not looking forward to the extended loss of use. Photoworks Posted July 6, 2023 Share #5 Posted July 6, 2023 if you don't want to send in the camera right now, and still want to see an image, the solution would be to turn on preview after the shot. Or use the Fotos app

Or use the Fotos app Auto preview on mine doesnt work in those conditions either. For now I just consider it an M10-R-D when it acts up.
