I have had very many coincidences just taking photos of strangers.  I was showing my granddaughter some pics including this one, she said "that's Jess, we went to art school together".  In a city as big as London, I would have that the chances of this happening were pretty remote.

Fabulous!

American comedian Robert Klein had in his act his going to a small uni in up-sate New York.  When he met another student there and told him he was from New York City, the other student asked him if he knew his friend, Samuel Rabinowitz.  Klien said that's the most ridiculous question considering there size of New York.  Of course he knew Sam Rabinowitz, but he wouldn't admit it.

Interesting! I have one portrait that is very special because Alan is the one person who has approached me and asked if I wanted to take his photo.  We bump into each other from time to time, there is a real rapport and he greets me like a long lost friend. The last time we met, we found out that we knew people in common.
