tr1ckfinger Posted June 8, 2023 Share #1 Posted June 8, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) So i recently bought my Q (used) and i love it! Unfortunately i noticed that in some shots the Q has stripes in the bokeh. This doesn't happen with every photo, it happens every now and then but it's obviously a bit of a concern for me. Is this a known issue? This image was shot at f1.7 / 1/8.000s Welcome, dear visitor! Advertisement Posted June 8, 2023 Posted June 8, 2023 Hi tr1ckfinger, Take a look here Leica Q (Typ 116) is showing weirdly striped bokeh on some images. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jaapv Posted June 8, 2023 Share #2 Posted June 8, 2023 It looks like it picked up some structures in the OOF area and created double contour bokeh and maybe a bit of aliasing. I would ask Leica CS.
