Classic Angry Glaswegian!

Here, we have "people" getting pregnant and having babies.  Jesus wept.  What happened to pride in women?  Much as some might like to pretend otherwise, men do not get pregnant and have babies ...

On topic, I dropped my Monochrom, and knocked the rangefinder out of alignment.  Not brave enough to try to fix myself, nor was the local dealer - off to Wetzlar ...

Was it the Leica Neoprene? I always use that. Just goes around the camera not the strap.

It was a Tenba wrap, not form-fitted to the camera, but a large rectangular shape, that can be wrapped around any small item.

Update, just to close out this little tale: six weeks after I sent it in, Leica NJ sent it back to me good as new. The repair was about $1,500, which included a general refresh to the camera. The main cost seemed to be labor and a circuit board that had to be delivered from Germany.

Overall, I’m happy with the outcome. I was worried it would cost a lot more. And the wait time was fine for a hobbyist like me.
