daviddavid Posted June 2, 2023 Share #1 Posted June 2, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, does anybody know if it is possible to assign AF-L as the only function to one of the function buttons of the Q3? I had a Q3 in my hands for a few minutes in a Leica Store and tried it, but it seemed as if the function (for example Digital zoom) which is assigned to the button as a factory setting can´t be deleted? I saw a video about the Q2 where it seems to be possible, but i couldn´t find a way to make it work on the q3... Would be great if someone could clear that up, thank you so much... Advertisement Posted June 2, 2023 Posted June 2, 2023 Hi daviddavid, Take a look here AF-L Function Button. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Stephen_C Posted June 2, 2023 Share #2 Posted June 2, 2023 Yes, you can do it so that AF-L is the only function for one of the function buttons. What you have to do is to select AF-L first on that function button and then, when you customise that function button through the menus, you will be able to turn off the other functions that were allocated to it. daviddavid Posted June 2, 2023 Author Share #3 Posted June 2, 2023 Ah ok, thanks for clearing that up. There was an error message saying something like "you can´t deactivate digital zoom" when i tried to uncheck it in the menu but i guess i hadn´t select AF-L first... Thank you!
