So I went to the oldest bar in my city on St. Patrick's Day.  Very dark but the Q3 could handle it.

We are lucky to have this magnolia behind our house, even though the display of blossoms doesnt last very long!

I have no idea what this is!  Some accompanying text would be useful for context. Focus on the words on the door might also have revealed something interesting.

David, it is the old Storage Depot under the now dis-used Mayfield Station in Manchester. It has been repurposed as a venue for The Warehouse Project (music venue)

The words on the door are perfectly readable on the original!, the reduction of images size and subsequent JPG compression has made the smaller iamge I posted less readable 🙂

Thanks, Mr. P, for that clarification. I often wish the filesize allowance were larger as it would showcase our photos and the Q3 lens to greater advantage.

The ability to edit postings in perpetuity would also be helpful, as I am a lousy typist! 😀

I got my Q3 a few days ago. I've not really had time to get out and use it but just from quick pictures taken from my house I'm blown away by the resolution, detail, dynamic range, colour reproduction and flexibility in the raw files.

My apologies that this picture is nothing special, but the accuracy of the many colours in it was astonishing and Lightroom on my phone processed the raw file with very little need for me to change anything other than select the Auto correction option. I know I'm preaching to the converted here but I was so happy that I chose the Q3 I just had to post something 😁

Im really looking forward to my travels this year with the Q3 (and my wife of course!).

New to the Leica Q3. This is my first posting, as well it is only the second photo that I took with the camera. ISO 12,500. Incredible!

Not only the colours, but the fact that I can read the car number plates at this resolution is amazing to me. Congratulations to both of us for getting Q3s!

Thank you David. It is an extraordinary lens and sensor combination. The ability to correct distortion and the ability to crop and maintain detail is wonderful. I'm really very impressed and wish I had acquired the Q3 months ago when I first started looking, and reading everything I could find on the camera.

Congratulations to both of us indeed!
