Look forward to a full review and hopefully, a compatibility matrix indicating which EF lenses are fully compatible with which L-mount cameras.

On the face of it, a very tall order to expect full compatibility across all EF / EF-S lenses and L-mount cameras. 

URTH have also announced electronic adapters for EF /EF-S lenses to: M4/3. Sony E, Nikon Z and Canon RF

Interesting though I find it hard to imagine results and compatibility being any different to Sigma's MC-21 EF - L mount adaptor, not sure how Urth (not being a member of the L mount alliance) would manage to improve things.
