Can you Crop in Lightroom?

Don't know if the Adobe video covers this, but if you want to crop to a different orientation (ie portrait –> landscape or vice versa), you do this via the crop rectangle: grab its corner, and skew it right around until the crop frame "pops" round to the other orientation. I only mention it because I found it pretty counter-intuitive and had to ask on the Lightroom forums to find out how to do it.

Happy cropping! :)

Lightroom has one of the best crop tools out there - if you've never seen the overlay options then check out View->Crop Overlay Options where you can display grids on the thirds, golden section, spiral, etc etc. Very neat.

The rotate/level functions are excellent also. I also like & use Aperture but this is one area where LR blows Aperture away.
