Summilux-tl 35mm f/1.4 asph Firmware version

My Summilux-tl 35mm f/1.4 asph is version 1.1. While it works perfectly in single shot, It stutters a lot in continuous focus. The shots are all perfectly in focus, which is nice, but you can here it stuttering. Is there an upgrade for the firmware? I thought I saw somewhere that there is a version 1.4. If so, how do I find it? I shoot with an Sl2.

Can anyone tell me what firmware version is the most up to date for the Summilux-tl 35mm f/1.4 asph....Or even what firmware version yours is?

Hi, as far as I can remember, the camera deals with all firmware updates so if your camera is at latest it will have updated the lenses.  

The stuttering you describe is just how it is in AFC... contrast detect autofocus at work.

I don't own a T or CL, just an SL2...Thanks though, good to know the stuttering is normal in AFC.

Hi all,

I was looking for informations about the noise the AF produces.

I have a used copy now and find, the AF is very noise, when you focus from near to far...In AF-C it's even more distracting, when it is often adjusted.

Is this AF / focus noise normal?
