In my experience and observation, the most critical factor in any photograph is the photographer. Camera and film type and other tools are of minimal importance in most cases.

 

Where the tools may be of interest and influence, I am sure a request to the photographer to follow the post with such details will always be forthcoming. The risk of always including tech details can bog down the forum with too much unimportant detail, IMHO.

Excellent point. If the photographer chooses to provide such technical information (out of habit or preference, or because it has some particular importance to an image) - fine. But this should not be a forum requirement. In the photo forum (provided a Leica camera or lens was used), the image should be the important thing.
