Each has a system such as tuned mass dampers to minimize the effects of wind. The frighteningly high Vista Tower uses open floors in the top tower to dissipate the wind and the Aqua uses the irregularly shaped curved balconies to do the same. regards, wally 2 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
