Is this normal for Leica Mp ?

I all , since I have used MP for a while I found my ISO dial always pop up and can turn around .
Sometimes I set my iso idal at 400 when I shot for about 10-20 I saw my iso dial can turn around without any push on it.

 Should I send to Leica service thanks

That doesn't look normal, mine is fixed the white dot is always at the 3 0'clock position and I have to press the inside ribbed bit to move the ISO value I want to line up with the white dot (at the 3 o'clock position).

Mine as well at 3 o'click but cometime its pop up and can turn around. I have no idead maybe I will go to service.
