Â When using the Metz 44 MZ-2 with a Digilux 2, should the flash be set to "TTL" or Auto? Â Do you have the 3502M4 adapter for your Metz ? if so, you can play with the little GNC control inside the flap of the SCA. Â Remember this useful table... I looked at the chart, followed the instructions, but it turns out the adapter's GN setting was already toggled on. The chart does suggest putting the flash in the "TTL" mode. If that's the best setting, it would contradict some of the things I've read here on the forum. At least a few people have said to put the flash in "A" mode given this particular camera and flash combination... Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
dugby Posted October 16, 2007 Share #4 Â Posted October 16, 2007 I have the Metz 40MZ-3i with the SCA3502-M4 and the TTL option does not work on a D2......and this is understandable and acceptable as the D2 does not have TTL capabilities from a Flash Gun's perspective. Â This is documented in both pdfs for SCA3502-M4 and SCA3502-M5 from the Metz website. Â Setting my flash to "Auto" works very well, and the D2 does pass ISO, Focal length, and aperature information to the flash. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
