Hello, I recently looked through an M11 and I was amazed from the brightness of the viewfinder and easy to focus compared to the old Ms. Does the MP, M-A and M6 2022 have the same viewfinder of the M11?

I don't have M11, but for many years now I appreciate the contrast gain in VF of newer M, comparing to old design M4/M6.

Since MP the contrast in VF increased a large bit from old M6.

In my M4s, when night spots are in the VF, multiple reflections are seen, not the case with M-A.

M-A is even better, not having the VF metering components.

I understand why there is no 0.58 or 0.85 for M-A which is nice at only 0.72 VF.

I remember shooting my old M6 and for the first time looking thru my MA when I purchased. Wow… I was flabbergasted by the brightness at the time.  I haven’t viewed the new M6 or MP or M11 but imagine they are =.

No, the M11 has a different viewfinder, but film bodies from the M7 and MP onwards have the same brightness and contrast.

I don't notice any difference in brightness/contrast/rf patch between my M10r and M7/M-A/MP
