Börje Norhager Posted December 7, 2022 Share #1 Posted December 7, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) ……so der Lichtmesser in M6 verwendet werden kann…(nicht unheimlich teuer wie neue Leica 21 mm M Objektive…vergleiche z.B Zeiss 21 mm f.2,8 ZM Biogon…? (etwa €600-900 gebraucht?) /B
Advertisement Posted December 7, 2022 Posted December 7, 2022 Hi Börje Norhager, Take a look here Leica Alternativ zu Super Angulon 21 mm f 3,4 für ein M6. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
the eye of the deer Posted December 7, 2022 Share #2 Posted December 7, 2022 Hello Börje, I use the 21mm Color Skopar from Voigtländer on the M6 and love it. However, still the older variant with f4. The newer version has an aperture of f3.5, which is very close to the Angulon. The Voigtländer are to be had at a decent price/performance ratio, compared to the Leica universe. In terms of light metering, I have no problem with it and it works wonderfully on the M6. I guess this also applies to the new variant. Welcome, dear visitor! Rick in CO Posted December 7, 2022 Share #4 Posted December 7, 2022 I just received a 21mm f3.5 Voigtländer Color Skopar for my M10R. Here's how it tests out for me (no resolution chart, just a setup for sharpness and color that I use): Center: f3.5 - 8 Sharp, f5.6 - 8 Optimum, f11 Excellent still, f16 - 22 Soft Edge: f3.5 - 4 Sharp, v. sl. light fall-off, f5.6 - 11 Optimum, f16 - 22 Soft Extreme Corner: f3.5 - 4 Sharp, sl. light fall-off, f5.6 - 8 Optimum, f11 Excellent still, f16 - 22 Soft No red/green contamination either, clear to the extreme edges. It's a more modern design than many of the alternatives, is tiny and can easily be carried in a pocket, and is relatively inexpensive. I feel that I can use it at f3.5-4 with excellent results for dimly lit interiors, which is probably 50% of what I use this focal length for.
