hogey20 Posted October 9, 2007 Author Share #3 Posted October 9, 2007 I have been trying to buy a new one and two Leica premier suppliers have said that it is discontinued and there are no stocks available!
luigi bertolotti Posted October 9, 2007 Share #4 Posted October 9, 2007 I am really surprised of such an info : the Cron 35 Asph pheraphs can be in short supply owing to the next availability (that means today's production) of the new Summarits... but I think it's unrealistic that Leica discharges it : btw, some european dealers declares it (apparently) "on stock" (see Leica Berlin for example)
hogey20 Posted October 9, 2007 Author Share #5 Posted October 9, 2007 I have tried three suppliers now and all are trying to make me wait for the new Summarite and are saying that Leica Germany are out of stock and making no more. I want a new one now, it is very frustrating.
Fassbender Posted October 9, 2007 Share #6 Posted October 9, 2007 Why don't you contact the folks in Solms directly by phone or email and ask? It would really suprise me if the 35 'cron would be discontinued, it's one of their best selling lenses as far as I know.
