spydrxx Posted December 14, 2022 Share #23 Posted December 14, 2022 Wonderful images, I'm envious. My perspective was looking up while the surgeons completed 8 cardiac grafts 😁. Of course I was unable to see or hear anything, being heavily anesthetized, but I did gain a healthy respect for the teams involved in these procedures. I subsequently worked for almost 15 years with surgeons, cardiac nurses, and cardiac rehabilitation nurses helping patients and families deal with their issues involving cardiac surgery. Years ago, before HIPPA, I remember there was a pediatric surgeon who was a Leica photographer frequenting this site who produced a series of sensitive photographs of his patients in medical environments.

Thanks very much. Six grafts is pretty extreme. I admire your response to the surgery.
