Guest guy_mancuso Posted October 4, 2007 Share #1 Posted October 4, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Well jewerly work is tough stuff have to say and i used the Visoflex III and my 135mm apo for this and maybe not the best choice but was able to pull it off. I shot these with strobe and than had to use my transmitter to fire because there is no PC outlet and 2 I only had the 90 degree finder which obstruts the shoe . So i hit the shutter for 1 second and popped the transmitter off. So that was one challenge , the other obviously the Visoflex on the M8 is tough because you can't see the true framing so that is guess work. Than the capture software running it through LR is also tough work and just shooting jewerly is enough to pull your hair out. Okay when the hell does it get easier. Now the client is thrilled to death but i am still wanting a little . But it does look pretty good considering the nightmare to work like this. I know many other solutions out there . Have a lot of processing and clean up to do but this one is pretty good. Shot with red and white background
